Role Summary

Join Associated Bank as an Operations Technician, where you will manage the full lifecycle of operational work—from intake to resolution. • Manage incoming work, review requests, and coordinate with appropriate teams to ensure timely resolution
• Enter and verify transactions with accuracy while balancing general ledger accounts
• Resolve complex customer issues using multiple systems, records, and resources
• Deliver fast, accurate, and courteous service to customers and banking partners
• Prepare, edit, and distribute specialized or complex operational documents
• Analyze customer feedback and report trends to identify recurring issues
• Review and improve processes for efficiency and accuracy; recommend enhancements to leadership
• Support and mentor junior team members, serving as an escalation point for complex matters

• High School Diploma
• 2+ years of office experience

• Associate's Degree
• 4+ years of office or operations experience

Pay Range: $17.00 - $28.27 per hour. The pay range represents anticipated base pay for this role.
