About the Role:

* We are seeking a highly motivated Multi-Site Finance Manager to join our team as a strategic partner across multiple manufacturing locations. This role is a key member of each site's leadership team and is responsible for delivering financial analysis, insights, and control support that drive operational performance. Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain Finance, the Finance Manager plays a vital role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining SOX compliance, supporting strategic and continuous improvement initiatives, and driving cost transformation efforts.

This position is instrumental in budgeting, forecasting, and partnering with plant leadership to ensure alignment with the Company's broader financial and operational goals.

** _You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:_*
* + Partner with the Plant Manager to develop accurate financial plans and forecasts that reflect transformational cost initiatives.

+ Serve as an active member of the plant leadership team.

+ Lead the month-end, quarterly, and annual close process to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.

+ Maintain a forecast accuracy rate of at least 95%.

+ Champion financial aspects of key initiatives such as Master Planning, Loss Analysis, and TMOS implementations.

+ Provide financial insights and track progress on timelines, savings, and key decisions.

+ Aligning with department leads to budget expectations and guide prioritization of spending in response to volume changes.

+ Identify and drive opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency.

+ Partner with the Plant Manager to evaluate and prioritize improvement opportunities.

+ Educate plant teams on cost avoidance versus sustainable year-over-year savings.
