Senior Finance Manager

Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee County area that’s looking for a Senior Finance Manager
. Our client is looking for someone with 9+ years of experience, detail-oriented, and analytical. This company offers a collaborative team, competitive benefits, and flexibility. This position is hybrid.

The salary for this position is $150k - $190k.

The Senior Finance Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

• Lead the forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes for commercial operations, ensuring alignment with strategic and financial objectives.
• Develop and maintain financial models for revenue, orders, pricing, profitability, and demand to support business planning and decision-making.
• Partner with sales, marketing, operations, and finance leaders across the organization to drive commercial performance and achieve business targets.
• Analyze financial and operational results against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods, identifying risks, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Provide full P&L analysis and performance reporting to support growth strategies, margin improvement, and overall financial health.
• Conduct market, customer, and competitive analyses to inform strategic initiatives, pricing decisions, and long-term business plans.
• Design, enhance, and automate data-driven reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools to improve visibility and decision support.

The Senior Finance Manager will possess the following:

• 8+ years of related experience, including leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Detail oriented perspective and drives accountability
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems and Excel
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
