The Trust Support Services Manager provides leadership across key trust operations functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a seamless client experience. This role oversees multiple specialized teams and is responsible for driving operational excellence, risk management, and continuous improvement.

You will play a critical role in aligning day-to-day execution with fiduciary standards and enterprise trust strategy while leading a high-performing operations organization.

Key Accountabilities Lead multiple Trust Support Services teams to ensure consistent execution, performance, and service quality.

Oversee trust operations activities including onboarding, account transfers, documentation, billing, and administrative reviews.

Ensure adherence to fiduciary standards, OCC regulations, and internal policies through strong controls and oversight.

Develop and monitor key performance indicators to track productivity, quality, risk, and service levels.

Drive process improvements and automation efforts to enhance efficiency, scalability, and client experience.

Partner with Compliance, Risk, Technology, and Relationship Management to align operational execution with business goals.

Manage audit and examination readiness, including issue resolution and timely remediation of findings.

Communicate operational performance and risk insights clearly to senior leadership.

Education & Experience Required Bachelor ’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)8+ years of experience in trust operations, fiduciary services, or wealth management operations5+ years of progressive management or supervisory experience leading operational teams

Strong understanding of trust accounting, fiduciary standards, and regulatory frameworks
