Chase - 2635 Libal St - Responsibilities:
Greet clients as they enter the branch and manage lobby traffic using a tablet; check clients into the waiting queue; schedule or cancel client meetings;
Open new accounts and provide account servicing while complying with policies and regulatory requirements;
Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking and technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, , ATMs);
Build trusted relationships with clients and collaborate with branch team to help achieve financial goals;
Perform branch operations and handle cash devices in accordance with bank policies
