Banking Customer Service

We are seeking a customer-focused and sales-driven Member Relationship Officer (MRO) to join our team. In this role, you'll serve as a trusted financial partner for our members, helping them achieve their financial goals through personalized service, lending solutions, account management, and financial guidance.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with members through meaningful conversations and proactive service.
• Assist members with consumer lending needs, including interviewing applicants and gathering information to support loan decisions.
• Open and maintain checking, savings, CD, IRA, and other deposit accounts.
• Process member transactions and account maintenance accurately, efficiently, and confidentially.
• Educate members on loan products, insurance options, digital banking services, and other financial solutions.
• Identify opportunities to recommend products and services that meet members' financial needs.
• Resolve account and service issues while delivering a positive member experience.
• Partner with internal teams including Mortgage Lending, Investment Services, Financial Well-being, and Treasury Management to provide comprehensive solutions.
• Achieve individual sales and service goals.
• Represent Fox Communities Credit Union positively within the community.

• Minimum 1 year of sales and customer service experience.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and active listening skills.
• Proven ability to identify needs and recommend solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including rotating Saturdays.

This is a Permanent position based out of Green Bay, WI.

Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $46000.00 - $54000.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
