Credit Analyst, Risk Manager/Analyst, Commercial Banking, Banking & Finance
- Analyze financial statements and credit information to evaluate loan requests and recommend appropriate credit structures.
- Manage the end-to-end renewal process, partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure timely completion of credit presentations and reviews.
- Complete annual credit reviews and ongoing portfolio monitoring to maintain portfolio quality and compliance standards.
- Monitor borrower performance and loan repayment activity, identifying and addressing potential credit concerns proactively.
- Present credit recommendations and participate in the loan approval process when appropriate.
- Partner with Relationship Managers, credit teams, and other internal business partners to support client needs and credit inquiries.
- Ensure portfolio administration and risk management activities are aligned with established credit policies, business strategies, and regulatory requirements.
- Represent the bank within the community by participating in business and professional organizations and supporting special projects as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2+ years of experience in Commercial Banking, Corporate Banking, Specialized Banking, SBA lending, and/or credit approval.
- Strong ability to analyze financial statements and evaluate credit risk.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to lawfully drive, if applicable.
- Preferred Experience with both commercial and industrial lending and commercial real estate lending.
- Experience preparing credit presentations, cash flow analysis, and portfolio risk assessments.
- Formal credit training, such as RMA training.
