About the Role
The facility is seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join its multidisciplinary team and provide high-quality counseling and crisis-intervention services. This role focuses on supporting patients across the age span who are experiencing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges. The LCSW will contribute to the development of individualized plans of care and deliver therapeutic interventions in alignment with professional standards.
This position requires an independent, fully licensed LCSW in Wisconsin, working on-site, full-time. The ideal candidate is trained in counseling, able to formulate diagnoses and treatment plans, and comfortable managing crisis situations. This is not a case-management role.
Key Responsibilities- Provide counseling and therapeutic support to patients with social or emotional needs
- Conduct crisis intervention across diverse patient populations
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and update plans of care
- Formulate diagnoses and create evidence-based treatment plans
- Document all interventions and assessments accurately
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and facility-specific regulations
- Deliver services in a variety of clinical settings as needed

- Master's degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited program
- Active LCSW license in the state of Wisconsin (independent level required)
- Minimum one year of social work experience preferred
- Current CPR certification (if applicable)
- TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (as required)
- Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
- Must meet all federal, state, and local employment requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Pay Rate: $59/hr
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,360
- Hourly Pay: $34/hr
- Meals: $476
- Housing: $770
- Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,606
