AM or Noc Shift Caregiver​/Housekeeper

Caregiver – De Pere

Community Horizons is looking for a fun, dependable, and compassionate caregiver to support a lovely lady in the De Pere area. The candidate will assist with repositioning, transfers, showering, peri‑care, housekeeping, meal preparation, companionship, laundry, errands, and community outings.

Shift:
Night (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM) – Every other weekend.
Day (8:00 AM – 10:00 PM) – Monday‑Friday and every other weekend. Base pay: $18.95/hour for night, $20.00/hour for day.

• Reposition client in bed or chair.
• Assist with catheter care and bowel program.
• Help with transfers and personal hygiene (shower, bedside bath, peri‑care).
• Dress and undress client.
• Housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and run errands.
• Assist with community outings when weather permits.
• Perform laundry.

• Driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle for commute.
• Ability to pass a Wisconsin Caregiver Background Check.
• Integrity, initiative, reliability, dependability, honesty.
• Desire to provide the best care possible.
• US work authorization; eligible candidates with CPT or OPT accepted.

Hourly rate of $18.95 for night shift and $20.00 for day shift. Additional compensation and benefits are available.
