• Education Requirements: Valid Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) license or active compact license.
• Certifications Requirements: BLS (American Heart Association), NRP, Valid Driver's License, and current TN or State Nurse License.
• Experience Requirements: At least 2 years of level III NICU experience required; travel experience preferred.
• Other Requirements: Ability to float between units and facilities, resilience, excellent communication skills, flexibility in scheduling, and proficiency in EPIC charting within the last 12 months.
