Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the set-up and clean-up, moving, and re-arranging of stands and equipment, maintaining the cleanliness of assigned areas and ensuring compliance with established food handling sanitation practices.
  • Serves as main contact to manage the ongoing interactions and partnerships between PMI and its food and beverage suppliers.
  • Demonstrates and embodies the PMI Entertainment Group Culture and Customer Service values.
  • Assists the Food & Beverage Department with the organizing, set up and clean-up of services before, during and after events or as assigned by the Food & Beverage management team, including moving and re-arranging stands and equipment.
  • Leads concessions product progression process (receiving deliveries, unloading and sorting, processing product, and flowing product to the allocated location).
  • Reinforce asset protection strategies to eliminate shortage.
  • Coaches direct reports in the moment and provides recognition.
  • Participates in weekly workload planning meetings.
  • Assists in interviewing and onboarding new team members, alongside HR department.
  • Adheres to state, federal, and corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
  • Maintains cleanliness and organization of concession stands and food and beverage areas.
  • Assists with the planning, set-up and organizing of concession stands and lounges in the facility.
  • Ensures compliance and always follows established food handling sanitation practices.
  • Always maintains a neat and clean personal appearance.
  • Assists in maintenance of food & beverage equipment (e.g., beer lines, grease traps).
  • Interacts with patrons and vendors while providing superb customer service.
  • Follows all company directed safety practices.
  • Schedules and trains stocking team on job duties, proper safety, and sanitation procedures, customer service, etc.
  • Handles inventory transactions in the receiving and delivery of product, which includes proper storage, concession stand placement and maintaining of par levels.
  • Guides and assigns daily work tasks to a stocking team and monitors completion.
  • Participates in F&B Manager on Duty rotation and assists on small events when needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

    Ability to learn the venue's POS system is required.
  • Knowledge of sales and math at a level normally acquired through completion of high school.
  • Analytical skills necessary to subtract and add product inventory.
  • Interpersonal Skills Required To Maintain Positive Customer Relations With Co-workers, supervisors, clients, and a variety of company personnel when preparing the complex for events.
  • Must be outgoing and enthusiastic to interact with patrons and become part of the entertainment atmosphere.
  • Must be able to communicate providing verbal feedback in a professional manner and able to give and receive information.
  • Knowledge of the operation of concessions or food preparation equipment is preferred.
  • Must be able to operate cash register, credit card processor and standard food preparation or concessions equipment, as well as forklift and pallet-jack operation.
  • Requires manual dexterity to operate cash register or credit card processor; eyesight correctable to 20/20 to read numbers and invoices; hearing within normal range for vendor orders and radio transmitting; standing, walking, bending, and lifting for extended periods of time.
Physical Requirements & Schedule

Must be able to lift and carry approximately 50 lbs. Requires the ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays as dictated by the event schedule to meet business needs.
