The opportunity
Delaware North Sport service is hiring part-time Hosts to join our team at Homefield Pub and Social in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a Host, you will be responsible for welcoming guests and managing the host station.

Pay$15.00 – $15.00 / hour

What will you do?- Review floor plan and reservation book daily to create seating charts
- Seat guests and maintain control of wait times
- Inspect dining and serving areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup
- Speak with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service, respond to complaints, and thank guests as they are leaving
- Answer the restaurant telephone line during assigned hours of operation
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
- Excellent guest service skills
- Attentive and detailed oriented
- Ability to maintain a high energy level in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Capable of performing specified procedures and following instructions
- Effective communication skills; ability to communicate with guests and co-workers
- Ability to remain on feet for entire length of shift, includes walking up and down stairs
- Ability to maneuver between tables and around corners
- Frequent walking, bending, lifting, reaching, and stretching
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
- Visual acuity and hearing sufficient to read seating chart and communicate with guests
