• Providing guests with prompt, courteous service that exceeds their expectations
• Assisting guests with arrival, departure, luggage, and vehicles
• Valet parking vehicles
• Driving the guest shuttle in the Green Bay area
• Identifying guest and room numbers and analyzing logistics for efficient luggage delivery to rooms
• Maintaining working knowledge of all in‑house facilities, hours of operation, daily activities, and area attractions
• Delivering miscellaneous items required by guests or hotel staff
• Maintaining a clean work area, including all common rooms and storage closets

• Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, meet Kohler Co. corporate insurance policy guidelines, and be at least 21 years of age at application time.
• Prior experience with customer service preferred.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

The hourly range for this position is $13.10 – $19.60. The specific hourly rate offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including candidate education and work location.
