Human Resources Business Partner (42172)

Our client is an organization in the Greater Green Bay area looking for a Human Resources Business Partner. Our client is looking for someone with related HR experience, strong attention to detail and collaborative with teammates.

The salary range for this position is $85k-95k.

The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Partner with site leadership to assess workforce needs and support full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define required skills and competencies for open roles.
  • Coordinate pre-employment activities and lead key elements of the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and engaging new hire experience.
  • Maintain regular presence across all shifts to build strong relationships and remain accessible to employees.
  • Provide guidance and support in employee relations matters, including investigations, corrective actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold high ethical standards in all HR activities.
  • Maintain accurate employee records within the HR information system and conduct routine audits to ensure data accuracy.
  • Ad-hoc projects as needed.

The Human Resources Business Partner will possess the following:

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field preferred.
  • At least 1 year of HR management experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and strong time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

The compensation philosophy reflects the Company’s reasonable expectation at the time of posting. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including, but not limited to skills, experience level, and overall qualifications. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rule governing the program.
