Human Resources Business Partner (42172)
Our client is an organization in the Greater Green Bay area looking for a Human Resources Business Partner. Our client is looking for someone with related HR experience, strong attention to detail and collaborative with teammates.
The salary range for this position is $85k-95k.
The Human Resources Business Partner will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES- Partner with site leadership to assess workforce needs and support full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define required skills and competencies for open roles.
- Coordinate pre-employment activities and lead key elements of the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and engaging new hire experience.
- Maintain regular presence across all shifts to build strong relationships and remain accessible to employees.
- Provide guidance and support in employee relations matters, including investigations, corrective actions, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and uphold high ethical standards in all HR activities.
- Maintain accurate employee records within the HR information system and conduct routine audits to ensure data accuracy.
- Ad-hoc projects as needed.
The Human Resources Business Partner will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED- Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field preferred.
- At least 1 year of HR management experience.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and strong time management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
The compensation philosophy reflects the Company’s reasonable expectation at the time of posting. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including, but not limited to skills, experience level, and overall qualifications. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rule governing the program.
