Senior Compensation Analyst – Job Number: 260641 – Full-time, Mon‑Fri, 1st Shift
Job overviewSchneider is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst in Green Bay to lead market research and analysis initiatives that develop and maintain competitive compensation programs for the organization. The Senior Compensation Analyst will be a subject matter expert who acts as a consultant and advisor on all compensation‑related tasks.
Responsibilities- Administer broad‑based and executive compensation processes.
- Develop reports and recommendations on compensation trends, to advocate for strategies that attract and retain top talent.
- Drive the full life cycle of compensation activities, including salary increase benchmarking, budget setting and salary planning.
- Respond to inquiries involving compensation, market competitiveness, job leveling and job description development.
- Assess existing compensation programs, policies and practices to ensure they adhere to all relevant laws and regulations.
- Create and maintain documentation, such as plan descriptions, policies, guidelines, trainings and processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, finance or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of compensation experience.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred.
- Can identify, research and resolve issues.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
