IT Senior ERP Solutions Architect

Position Summary

We are seeking a full‑time, on‑site, highly experienced and strategic Senior ERP Solutions Architect to design, implement, and optimize our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management). The role aligns ERP architecture and other systems with business goals, ensuring scalability, performance, and integration across platforms. This position reports to the IT Applications Team Manager.

• Lead the architectural design and roadmap of ERP and other systems across the enterprise.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Oversee ERP integrations with other enterprise systems (CRM, HRIS, financial platforms, product configurator, etc.).
• Possess extensive experience with project management, testing strategies, and implementation.
• Apply Agile methodology and Microsoft Dev Ops where desired.
• Ensure all systems are performance‑optimized and secure, maintaining data integrity, security, and compliance with business and technical standards.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to ERP developers and business analysts.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements and forward‑looking solutions for ERP and supporting systems.
• Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with external consultants as needed.
• Develop and maintain documentation for all system architecture, processes, and business & technical standards.

• 10+ years of experience in ERP systems architecture and implementation.
• Deep expertise in one or more ERP platforms (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft Business Central).
• Experience with multiple legal entities, business units, and geographies desired.
• Strong understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain management, and operations.
• Experience with cloud‑based ERP solutions and hybrid environments.
• Proficiency in integration technologies (APIs, middleware, ETL tools).
• Familiarity with ISV solutions and third‑party integrations.
• Excellent critical thinking, problem‑solving, leadership, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps), Azure services, and integration tools.
• Proficient skills in data analytics and reporting tools such as SQL and data warehousing platforms.
