- Serve as Tier 1 support for ERP and business systems tickets, resolving user issues or escalating as appropriate.
- Manage ERP user authorizations, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and periodic access audits.
- Perform data entry, validation, and cleanup activities across ERP modules to ensure data accuracy.
- Assist in documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs), workflows, and system changes.
- Generate, update, and validate standard or custom reports, dashboards, and metrics for management.
- Prepare meeting notes, summaries, and project tracking reports for the Director.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities within business systems.
- Monitor daily automation processes and assist in troubleshooting minor failures or errors.
- Maintain organized, up-to-date internal documentation, system records, and project files.
- Makes suggestions on improving work procedures.
- Willingness to take on additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director of Business Systems & Intelligence.
REQUIRED
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Valid insurable driver’s license.
- Travel up to ten percent (10%) annually.
- Ability to manage and multi-task multiple projects at one time and in an efficient and timely manner.
- Adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under pressure, shift priorities in a changing environment, and self-direct with good business judgments.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and follow-through.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, E-Emphaysis, etc.) preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot user issues and provide effective communication.
- Excellent documentation and administrative coordination skills.
- Exposure to workflow automation is a plus
- Ability to work overtime and have flexibility to accommodate the needs of the position.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bac helor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in ERP support, operations, or business systems roles required.
