System Support Administrator

Waypoint is hiring a System Support Admin to join a tight-knit IT team in Green Bay. This isn’t your average support role — it’s a hands-on, growth-friendly contract with a real path to full-time. You’ll be part of a close-knit team that values curiosity, teamwork, and making each other better.

What You’ll Actually Do:

• Tackle 10–20 support tickets a day (from basic requests to deeper troubleshooting)
• Set up workstations, create VMs, manage user accounts, and handle Active Directory
• Use Microsoft tools like Azure, Intune, Group Policy, and MECM
• Help out with system admin work on a few industry-specific apps (we’ll train you)
• Collaborate with the security, networking, and infrastructure teams

You Might Be a Fit if You:

• 2+ years experience in IT support or system administration OR a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field OR an Associates degree in Computer Science or related field and 1 year of IT support or system administration experience
• Experience with the Microsoft stack (MECM, Intune, Azure, Active Directory, etc.)
• Can thrive while working through ambiguity - not all processes are completely defined yet but that's ok with you
• Ask questions, build relationships, and play well with others
