Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) powers Oracle’s global cloud services through highly available, large-scale, enterprise-grade data center environments. The Data Center Infrastructure Operations / Facilities team plays a critical role in sustaining OCI’s performance, security, and operational resilience by ensuring infrastructure systems operate reliably will join a technically rigorous organization with a culture grounded in operational excellence, disciplined processes, and continuous improvement, where infrastructure reliability, safety, and execution quality are foundational to delivering cloud services worldwide.
Role OverviewAs Senior Manager, Rack Deployment, you will own execution of rack installation programs that directly enable capacity growth. This role is accountable for throughput, quality, safety, and schedule certainty across deployments.
Key Responsibilities- Own end-to-end rack deployment execution, including scheduling, vendor coordination, and QA.
- Lead installation teams and enforce documentation, workmanship, and safety standards.
- Manage logistics, materials flow, and readiness for rapid scaling.
- Track deployment KPIs (velocity, defects, rework) and drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational requirements.
- Experience leading large-scale rack deployment or technical field installation programs.
- Strong coordination skills across remote and on-site teams.
- Operational problem-solving under tight timelines.
- Clear communicator who aligns vendors and internal teams.

US:
Hiring Range in USD from: $120,100 - $251,600 per year. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.
