Senior Director of Information Technology SUMMARY

The Senior Director of Information Technology serves as the Head of IT and strategic technology partner to the Senior Leadership Team. This role is responsible for enterprise-wide IT vision, execution, cybersecurity, governance, and operational excellence at Nature’s Way. This individual holds accountability for a $12M+ operating budget, a diverse team of 40+ IT professionals, and the leadership of strategic partners. This role ensures that technology capabilities spanning SAP S/4 HANA, Azure Cloud Infrastructure, Enterprise Data & Analytics, and Cybersecurity effectively drive business objectives across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, commercial, and corporate functions.

This position leads the continuous evolution of the IT organization, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and business value realization.

• Define and execute a multi-year IT roadmap aligned with Nature’s Way strategic growth priorities. Act as the primary technology advisor to the executive team, identifying opportunities where digital transformation can create competitive advantage.
• Serve as a trusted partner to executive leadership, translating business strategy into scalable, secure, and cost-effective technology investments that deliver measurable ROI and operational efficiency.
• Build and maintain high-trust relationships with business partners, ensuring IT is viewed as a strategic enabler rather than a support function.
• Drive strategic alignment with the parent company, ensuring local IT execution supports broader global business and technology objectives.

• Provide executive leadership for enterprise systems including ERP, supply chain, manufacturing, finance, and customer‑facing platforms, ensuring cross‑functional alignment and process harmonization.
• Lead major transformation initiatives, including system modernization, process automation, ERP transformation to S4 HANA and digital enablement.
• Ensure strong governance, adoption, and value realization from technology investments.
• Dedication to process excellence and willingness to challenge existing ways of thinking.
• Champion Enterprise Data & Analytics, driving the strategy for BI, data governance, and actionable insights to support commercial and supply chain decision‑making.

• Oversee reliable, secure, and efficient delivery of IT services and infrastructure across the enterprise with a specific focus on Azure cloud strategy and optimization.

• Ensure technology platforms meet availability, scalability, and resilience expectations.

• Provide executive accountability for cybersecurity strategies, while delegating operational execution.
• Ensure strong governance for information security, operational technology security, and business continuity as well as oversee disaster recovery planning, testing, and continual improvement.

• Own IT financial management including budgeting, forecasting, cost optimization, and capital planning.
