Our client is seeking a skilled XA Application Specialist to join their team. This role is crucial in bridging the gap between our manufacturing operations and the implementation firm. You will oversee the XA platform, manage support tickets, and ensure that stakeholders and users have a comprehensive understanding of the system.

• Platform Oversight:
  Manage and oversee the entire XA platform, ensuring its optimal performance.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  Communicate effectively with stakeholders and users, providing guidance on system functionality and optimization.
• Ticket Management:
  Track and manage support tickets to resolve issues efficiently.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with manufacturing teams to bridge operational needs with technological solutions.
• Future Planning:
  Contribute to the potential long-term transition of the XA platform to a cloud-based environment.

• Technical
  
  Skills:
  
  Strong knowledge of RPG programming and experience with I-series platforms.
• Experience:
  
  Proven experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
