We are seeking a highly skilled Scrum Master with 9 to 13 years of experience specializing in Scrum activities. This role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts. Responsibilities include ensuring that the Scrum framework is effectively implemented within the team, enabling collaboration, removing impediments, and fostering continuous improvement to deliver high-quality products.

• Organize and lead daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Guide team members and stakeholders on Scrum principles, practices, and values.
• Identify and eliminate blockers that hinder team progress.
• Assist with backlog refinement and ensure clarity of priorities.
• Maintain Scrum artifacts (boards, burndown charts) and ensure visibility of progress.
• Help the team adhere to Scrum theory, rules, and practices.
• Encourage retrospectives and implement actionable improvements.
• Act as a liaison between the development team and stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum frameworks.
• Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to remove impediments and improve team dynamics.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Annual salary range: $95,000 to $109,000 USD
