Job Summary

As an Associate Program Manager, you will be responsible for the coordinated management of multiple related projects aimed at achieving strategic business goals and operational objectives. Your role involves ensuring that project outcomes deliver benefits, align with company strategies, and are completed on time, within budget, and with high quality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement program strategies that align with the organization’s objectives.
  • Plan and oversee the program from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery through effective management and governance.
  • Coordinate and manage multiple projects within the program, ensuring they meet overall program goals.
  • Monitor project progress, timelines, and resources, adjusting as necessary to meet program objectives.
  • Efficiently allocate resources among projects to maximize the effectiveness of project teams and minimize risks.
  • Identify potential risks and dependencies across projects within the program.
  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress against the program’s objectives.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the program’s status, major issues, and expected outcomes.
  • Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders, including team members, project managers, senior managers, and other departments, to ensure aligned objectives and expectations.
