MSI Metro Sales Inc. is seeking an Employee‑Owner, Professional Services Engineer 2 to join our Green Bay, WI team. This client‑facing role will work with our customers to onboard their organization to our services, implement new technologies, and handle advanced escalations from our Service Desk. This role will involve the exercise of discretion and independent judgment on matters of great significance while performing work related to the general business operations of MSI’s clients.

Key Responsibilities- Oversee projects in terms of resourcing, quality, and delivery to maximize ROI.
- Propose, implement and support new hardware, software, and services within a variety of client environments including the facilitation of successful project implementations through internal and external teams.
- Plan, scope, coordinate, track and manage assigned project tasks, including applying systems analysis techniques, and working with MSI’s client end users, to maintain and improve clients’ infrastructure.
- Document and train client onboarding implementations for internal and external support teams.
- As a SME, provide insight, project reviews and reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain high positive client and user satisfaction and relationships.
- Provide escalation assistance to our Service Desk team as required.
- Maintain relevant knowledge of hardware and software trends and certifications.
- Implement, participate in, and promote Quality Assurance (QA) objectives, processes, and procedures.
- Maintain project files for accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in training, mentoring and development of staff.
- Other duties as required.
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
- 3+ years prior experience in IT administration and/or technical support experience, or equivalent.
- Clean driving record, Valid Drivers License and reliable vehicle.
- Proven knowledge of IT and telecommunications infrastructure, hardware, and software applications in a Microsoft Environment.
- 2+ years Project management experience.
- Practical knowledge in server and network builds.
- Background in cloud migrations.
- Proven exceptional customer services experience.
- Travel 25%

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Computer‑related industry certifications in technologies such as Microsoft Windows, Azure, Fortinet, networking, storage, and security.
- Ability to support and collaborate within the organization.
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- High level organizational, project management, coordination, and prioritization skills.
- Certifications in technologies such as Microsoft Windows, Azure, Fortinet, networking, storage, and security.
- Exhibit in depth knowledge of IT and telecommunications infrastructure, hardware, software, and security applications.
