If you're a Systems Administrator who's spent 3-5 years deep in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, and virtualization - and you're ready to actually build something instead of just maintaining it - this could be your next move.
What you’ll own:- Network fundamentals (LAN/WAN, firewalls) - with an MSP partner backing you up on the heavy lifting
- A few trips a year (3-4x) supporting acquisitions and remote sites
Small, established, and tight-knit. They know their systems inside and out and take real pride in how they run things. If you're someone who leads with curiosity, checks the ego at the door, and wants to earn trust before making waves - you'll fit right in.
Based in the greater Fox Valley/Appleton, WI region, with the flexibility of a hybrid schedule.
