Enterprise Application Delivery & Support Manager — Northeast Wisconsin

Location & comp: Onsite 5 days/week in the Green Bay, WI area.

$130K–$140K base
, with some flexibility based on background.

A well-established financial services organization is hiring a hands-on leader to own delivery, lifecycle management, and support for its enterprise application portfolio — a cloud-hosted environment supporting a large, technically strong IT organization.

This isn't a pure people-management role. You'll lead application support and system administration teams while staying close to production issues, technology decisions, and vendor strategy — and you'll be the one establishing the intake and prioritization process the team currently doesn't have.

Core responsibilities:

• Build and manage application roadmaps; prioritize competing business requests
• Oversee production support, technical debt, and operational risk across the portfolio
• Manage third-party vendor relationships, contracts, licensing, and SLAs
• Partner cross-functionally with Cybersecurity, Risk, Compliance, and Architecture on audits, disaster recovery, and regulatory work
• Drive modernization, automation, and process maturity across a large application footprint

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree + 8+ years progressive IT experience, including 5+ years managing technical/application support teams
• Experience managing enterprise applications/SaaS through implementation, upgrades, and modernization
• Strong vendor and managed-services experience
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum/Kanban delivery models
• Preferred: banking, financial services, insurance, or another regulated industry background; experience with common CRM, workflow, or content management platforms; ITIL/PMP/Scrum/SAFe certifications a plus
