Shipping and Receiving Associate - Technology Hardware

Role Summary

As a Shipping and Receiving Associate – Technology Hardware, you’ll help ensure technology equipment is securely received, tracked, shipped, and retired across Associated Bank. You’ll partner with technology teams to maintain accurate inventory and support equipment deployments, refreshes, and returns. This role offers an opportunity to build experience in IT asset management and technology operations within a regulated financial environment.

• Manage the secure shipping and receiving of laptops, monitors, peripherals, and other technology equipment.
• Track technology assets in Service Now, maintaining accurate inventory and chain-of-custody records.
• Support technology deployments, equipment refreshes, returns, and retirement activities across multiple locations.
• Coordinate secure hardware disposal and ensure equipment follows established data security standards.
• Audit inventory and resolve discrepancies to maintain accurate asset records and controls.
• Maintain shipping supplies and partner with vendors to ensure reliable and cost-effective transportation.
• Identify process improvements that strengthen efficiency, asset tracking, and compliance.

• Associate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2+ years of experience in shipping, receiving, logistics, or IT operations involving technology hardware.

• 2+ years of experience using asset management or IT ticketing systems.
• Experience with Service Now or similar technology platforms.
• Experience supporting technology hardware in a corporate or regulated environment.
