This opportunity offers a full-time schedule (37.5 hours/week) working closely with students across educational environments, ensuring access and inclusion in all aspects of their school day. In this position, you’ll spend your days interpreting for 1-2 students at a time, transitioning between various classroom and school settings as needed. Flexibility is offered with both onsite and potential virtual options available for the right candidate.

• Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL) with certification or licensure appropriate for educational interpreting
• Prior experience working in a K-12 school setting or closely supporting students with communication needs
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt communication style to different age groups and environments
• Commitment to confidentiality and equitable access to educational content

• Interpret spoken language for students who are deaf or hard-of-hearing in classrooms, school events, and extracurricular activities
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure seamless communication
