Overview
Our client is seeking a motivated and eager to learn Logistics Coordinator to join their team.
ResponsibilitiesThe Logistics Coordinator will provide planning and management for both foreign and domestic shipments. The role includes scheduling and coordination of shipments, managing claims with different shippers, and collaborating with multiple departments to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications- Prior experience in logistics or supply chain is required
- Strong organizational skills
- Experience with tariffs, international shipping, and port operations is preferred
- Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Schedule:
First shift, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
Pay: $22–$28 per hour, DOE
This is a contract-to-hire position, with potential for direct hire for the right candidate.
