As a Full-time licensed Residential Program Manager in an Adult Family Home (AFH) program, you will be part of a 24/7 care team providing daily living support to clients with a range of disabilities in a 4-bed home.
Shifts Available:Full-time licensed Residential Program Manager position available. Primarily 1st with night, weekend, and on call responsibilities. Typically, Monday-Friday business hours with nights and weekends as needed.

As a Licensed Residential Program Manager in an AFH, your role is to be the day-to-day leader of an assigned licensed residential facility. Quality of care for both staff and clients is the primary responsibility of the Program Manager. Program Managers work collaboratively with Service Coordinators to troubleshoot client barriers and ensure successful implementation of individual service plans.
In addition to supporting clients within the facility, the Program Manager is the direct supervisor of all assigned Direct Support Professionals. They will ensure proper training and support are provided to ensure overall employee success. The Program Manager is responsible for ensuring all shifts at the program are covered and client needs are met.
Personal care tasks, such as bathing and toileting, are a part of a Program Manager's everyday role. You’ll also contribute to grocery shopping, meal preparation, and handle cleaning and laundry duties. Administering prescribed medications and maintaining accurate documentation are crucial aspects of your responsibilities as a Program Manager.
Qualifications:- Applicants for the position must be at least 18 years or older and have a High School Diploma.
- Valid Driver’s license with car insurance is required.
- Minimum 1 year of Caregiver experience is required.
