Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Regulatory Compliance & Safety Manager to lead and manage workplace safety programs and ensure full compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations. This role will oversee regulatory requirements, safety systems, audits, and training programs to maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient manufacturing/industrial environment. Experience in industrial operations and maintenance environments is highly preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements (OSHA, EPA, DOT, local and state regulations).
  • Develop, implement, and maintain workplace safety programs, policies, and procedures.
  • Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
  • Lead incident investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Manage regulatory documentation, reporting, and compliance records.
  • Coordinate safety training programs for employees and supervisors.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and inspections.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, compliance, and operational standards.
  • Work closely with operations, maintenance, and management teams to promote a strong safety culture.
  • Stay current with regulatory changes and ensure company policies remain compliant.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Regulatory Compliance Manager, Safety Manager, or similar role in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA and general regulatory compliance standards.
  • Experience conducting audits, inspections, and safety training.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Requirements

Preferred Background:

  • Experience working in manufacturing, chemical, packaging, or converting environments.
  • Hands‑on understanding of maintenance and industrial operations.
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally with production, maintenance, and leadership teams.
