Head of Supply Chain

Our client, a successful and growing beverage manufacturer, is seeking a high-performing Head of Supply Chain to lead end-to-end strategy and execution, from sourcing and planning through manufacturing, inventory, transportation, distribution, and customer service. This leader will ensure operational excellence while delivering on quality, cost, and service objectives.

We are looking for a proven end-to-end supply chain executive with a strong systems mindset, a data-driven approach to decision-making, executive presence, and a demonstrated track record of driving continuous improvement and enterprise value. Reporting to the Head of Operations, who is deeply committed to developing talent and driving team success, this role calls for a decisive, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

We are seeking someone who leads from the front, develops others, and is energized by continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:

• 12+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience
• Executive-level experience across planning, procurement, logistics, and operations
• Proven track record improving service, cost, and inventory performance
• Experience leading IBP / S&OP or similar cross-functional planning models
• Strong financial and P&L acumen
• Change leadership and transformation experience preferred
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
