What You’ll Do

As Office Manager, you’ll be the operational leader who keeps everything running smoothly while fostering a strong, accountable, and motivated team.

  • Coordinating caregiver schedules and staffing needs
  • Supporting team performance, coaching, and accountability
  • Ensuring exceptional client and family experiences
  • Overseeing office workflow, communication, and organization
  • Maintaining compliance and documentation standards
  • Building and sustaining a positive, solution‑focused culture

You’ll work alongside leadership as a trusted partner, with autonomy to lead and the support to grow.

You’ll Thrive Here If You
  • Have prior leadership or management experience (home care or healthcare experience is a plus)
  • Stay organized and composed in a fast‑moving environment
  • Communicate clearly and confidently
  • Approach challenges with solutions, not hesitation

  • Have experience with scheduling software and Microsoft Office
