What You’ll DoAs Office Manager, you’ll be the operational leader who keeps everything running smoothly while fostering a strong, accountable, and motivated team.
- Coordinating caregiver schedules and staffing needs
- Supporting team performance, coaching, and accountability
- Ensuring exceptional client and family experiences
- Overseeing office workflow, communication, and organization
- Maintaining compliance and documentation standards
- Building and sustaining a positive, solution‑focused culture
You’ll work alongside leadership as a trusted partner, with autonomy to lead and the support to grow.
You’ll Thrive Here If You- Have prior leadership or management experience (home care or healthcare experience is a plus)
- Stay organized and composed in a fast‑moving environment
- Communicate clearly and confidently
- Approach challenges with solutions, not hesitation
- Take ownership and follow through on commitments
- Have experience with scheduling software and Microsoft Office
