This position is responsible for planning, overseeing, and leading IT projects from ideation through completion. The Delivery Leader is responsible for overseeing and managing the delivery of technology solutions to meet business needs. This role involves analyzing business requirements, developing detailed project plans, ensuring adherence to methodologies and standards, and managing project life cycles. The Delivery Leader will work closely with stakeholders, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure successful project outcomes.

This role will require a proactive approach to collaboration with IT Peers when seeking new technologies to optimize business processes and will also play a pivotal role in ensuring IT's understanding of business requirements. Domestic travel may be required.

• Analyze, specify, and validate the business needs of stakeholders, guests, or business partners.
• Conduct interviews and gather user requirements through meetings, site visits, Visio diagrams, wireframes, use cases, and other methods.
• Drive internal BAs to contribute to these initiatives.
• Develop detailed project plans to ensure resource availability, allocation, and on-time project delivery within budget and scope.
• Ensure that developments are correctly planned according to established methodologies and standards.
• Maintain and update project work plans to meet customer requirements in a timely manner.
• Keep managers and directors informed on the status of all assigned projects.
• Identify and establish the scope and parameters of requirements analysis on a project-by-project basis.
• Work with stakeholders and the project team to prioritize collected requirements.
• Analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.
• Translate conceptual user requirements into functional requirements that are comprehensible to the developers/project team.
• Create process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.
• Develop and conduct reviews of the business requirements to ensure correct interpretation of specifications.
• Work with external vendors and delivery teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle, enforcing and redefining as necessary.
• Communicate changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements to project managers, sponsors, and other stakeholders.
• Assist in continuous process improvement initiatives as directed.
• Promote the use of technology to add value to business processes where appropriate.
• Travel 5-10% (to Marinette, Sturgeon Bay).
• Must abide by and enforce all organizational policies and procedures.
• Must have strong Microsoft Office Suite computer skills.
• Must have strong organizational, time management, written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have ability to maintain confidentiality and a professional demeanor.
