** Community Administrator
** to lead our senior living community and create an environment where residents, families, and employees feel valued, supported, and  this role, you will oversee the daily operations of the community, champion a resident-centered culture, ensure regulatory compliance, support financial success, and inspire a team committed to providing outstanding care and service.## What You'll Do:### Lead Community Operations
* Oversee day-to-day community operations to ensure exceptional resident care and service.
* Develop and support department leaders in achieving operational, clinical, and financial goals.
* Foster a positive culture of teamwork, accountability, engagement, and service excellence.
* Serve as the primary point of leadership for residents, families, employees, vendors, and regulatory agencies.
* Ensure the community remains safe, welcoming, and well-maintained.### Support Resident Satisfaction & Quality Care
* Promote a resident-focused environment that values dignity, independence, choice, and quality of life.
* Collaborate with clinical and support teams to ensure resident needs are met.
* Address resident and family concerns promptly and professionally.
* Drive continuous improvements based on resident feedback and quality outcomes.### Ensure Compliance & Risk Management
* Maintain compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
* Lead survey, licensing, and audit readiness efforts.
* Oversee safety, emergency preparedness, quality assurance, and risk management initiatives.
* Ensure timely investigation and resolution of incidents and concerns.### Drive Financial & Operational Success
* Monitor occupancy, census, labor, revenue, and expenses.
* Partner with sales and marketing teams to support community growth.
* Identify operational efficiencies while maintaining exceptional resident experiences.
* Utilize financial data and metrics to guide strategic decision-making.### Build and Develop High-Performing Teams
* Recruit, hire, coach, and retain talented team members.
* Provide leadership, accountability, and professional development for department leaders.
* Support employee engagement, recognition, and retention efforts.
* Ensure compliance with training, certification, and continuing education requirements.## What We're Looking For###

Preferred Qualifications
* Active Assisted Living/Community Administrator License strongly preferred.
* Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Gerontology, Nursing, or a related field preferred.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of leadership experience in senior living, assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, healthcare, hospitality, or a related service industry.
* Demonstrated success managing operations, budgets, staffing, compliance, and resident satisfaction.### Preferred Certifications Candidates with the following active CBRF certifications are strongly preferred:
* Standard Precautions
* Fire Safety
* First Aid & Choking
* Medication Administration### Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
* Strong leadership and team development skills.
* Knowledge of senior living regulations and compliance requirements.
* Financial management and budgeting experience.
* Excellent communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills.
