** SIP Project Manager
** to lead the implementation of the federally funded
** Strengthening Institutions Project (SIP), Pathway to Success:
Proactive Student Support at UW-Green Bay**. In this pivotal role, you will oversee project planning, execution, reporting, and assessment efforts that directly support student achievement, retention, and access. Working closely with campus leaders, faculty, staff, and external partners, you will help advance UW-Green Bay's commitment to student success, inclusivity, digital transformation, and community connections while contributing to a university culture that fearlessly meets challenges and creates opportunities for all learners.

The SIP Project Manager will coordinate complex initiatives, monitor project timelines and budgets, analyze and report project outcomes, ensure compliance with grant requirements, and drive continuous improvement efforts that strengthen support systems for students. Job Responsibilities:

*** Prepares regular reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team
* Creates a project plan, monitors progress and performance against the project plan, and identifies, resolves, or escalates risks and issues
* Sets priorities, allocates tasks, and collaborates with project staff to meet project targets and milestones
* Manages the activities of outside contractors to ensure they are integrated into the project and that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service
* Facilitates the estimation of project costs, resources, and time required to complete the assigned phase of a project and monitors activities, negotiates for resources, and assigns tasks to ensure these targets are met. Follows established change control processes if targets can no longer be met##

** Compensation range of $56,000-$60,000  This position is exempt from the overtime provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).##

* Required Qualifications:

*** Bachelor’s degree at time of application
* 2 years' experience leading projects or supporting project-based work
* Demonstrated experience developing project plans, reporting progress toward goals and/or managing complex projects
* Excellent organizational and communication skills##

* Preferred Qualifications:

*** Master’s degree
* Demonstrated experience in budget management
* Experience in a higher education setting
* Experience with federal grant programs
* Proficiency in speaking and reading a second language, preferably Spanish, Hmong, Somali, or Oneida##
