Job Description & How to Apply Below
Overview
We are seeking a Production Manager who excels in three key areas: leading production operations, overseeing projects from initial call intake through final payment collection, and developing the people and systems that support long-term success.
This is not a desk-based position. The ideal candidate will work alongside the team in the field, actively managing projects, resolving challenges, and continuously raising production standards. In addition, this role carries direct responsibility for supervising the production team and ensuring overall performance, accountability, and results.
For individuals with the ambition and capability to grow, this position offers a clear career path to Operations Manager, with oversight of mitigation, contents, and reconstruction operations across the market.
Responsibilities
Lead field production operations across mitigation, contents, and reconstruction, ensuring all projects are properly scoped, staffed, and completed to company standards.
Manage projects from initial client contact through final payment collection, including estimating, securing Work Authorizations, and coordinating with insurance carriers.
Ensure adherence to established service level agreements (SLAs), including 15-minute customer contact, 2-hour on-site response, and completion of required documentation within 24 hours.
Supervise, mentor, and develop the Project Manager and field technicians, while recruiting, hiring, and training additional team members as the department expands.
Establish and scale the reconstruction division in alignment with business growth and market demand.
Monitor job profitability, subcontractor performance, and production costs to ensure operational efficiency and financial success.
Drive documentation accuracy and compliance across all operational platforms, including Dash, Mitigate, Docu Sketch, Xactimate, and other related systems.
Requirements
Hands-on experience in restoration services, including mitigation and/or reconstruction
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines
Experience leading field crews, with the flexibility to operate as Project Manager, Crew Lead, and Field Supervisor as needed
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to independently identify solutions and drive execution
IICRC certifications preferred (WRT, ASD, FSRT, AMRT);
Xactimate proficiency is a plus
Experience with TPAs and insurance programs (e.g., Alacrity, Allstate, or similar platforms) is a plus
Career-driven mindset with the ambition and capability to advance into an Operations Manager role within 12 months
Pay: $68,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
