JOB REQUIREMENTS:
W.E. Hoban Company is looking for an Assembler to join our team! The primary responsibilities of an assembler will be to assemble manufactured products and pack according to specifications.

Assembles parts based on instruction from Assembly Lead. Must consistently perform at 80% efficiency rate or expected daily activities in a safe manner with minimal quality issues. Learns to use various machines and hand tools to accomplish assigned tasks. Learns to perform simple jobs on the phoenix and welder with Assembly Lead oversight. Occasionally performs simple bench jobs with Assembly Lead oversight.
Maintains logs, records, and reports concerning production, machine maintenance, and product inconsistencies. Measures finished parts with precision tools, ensuring compliance with function, quality, and cosmetic specifications. Operates grinder, saw and/or air press as required. Identifies problems and alerts Assembly Lead for direction on how to resolve the issue. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor or manager.
Skills and Abilities
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as a productive member of a team.
- Basic math skills to include making calculations of amounts, sizes, or other measurements.
- Must have excellent hand‑eye coordination in order to assemble products or machines as directed.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
ScheduleMonday – Thursday 5:00 am – 3:00 pm with overtime as required on Fridays.
