• Collaborate with team leader on daily work schedule
• Notify maintenance department if machinery is down or needs changing over
• Run and troubleshoot machinery based on customer specifications for quality and balance run times to effectively achieve the highest output
• Track production and complete daily paperwork as needed
• Manage overall quality when operating press
• Help with machine training when candidates are identified
• Work with Group Leader on team needs (ex. individual coaching, lack of work, weather decisions, etc.)
• Work with Office Manager on shipment requirements for finished products
• Take active role in department start up and shut down

• At least four years of screening, printing (flexographic/lithographic), glass/plastic silk screening industries preferred
• Ability to communicate clear expectations and follow up to deliver expected results
• Ability to take coaching for their own personal development
• Self-motivated
• Exceptional safety and quality awareness
• Adaptable to changing schedules
• Ability to follow directions and procedures
