Production Worker

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Worker to join our manufacturing team. This person is responsible for general assembly work and production line work that meets quality and production-rate standards.

• Helps create an environment that supports learning, social interaction, and positive relationships.
• Assists with crisis prevention and intervention.
• Produces products as assigned while utilizing safe practices.
• Responsible for the quality of products produced.
• Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.

• Prior experience working in a manufacturing or factory setting is preferred
• Familiarity with assembly line processes and use of hand tools or power tools is advantageous
• Warehouse experience, including forklift operation, is a plus
• Mechanical knowledge or background in working with manufacturing equipment is beneficial
• Experience with factory or industrial environments demonstrates adaptability to fast-paced workflows

This role requires a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to safety standards. Candidates should be comfortable working in a team-oriented environment and understand the position requires constant standing, lifting, and operating equipment throughout shift.
