Read & understand M&G Codes
Determine most efficient machine operation methods to maximize productivity
Perform all tasks required to operate multiple CNC machines
Review blueprints and set‑up sheets; make appropriate adjustments to make every part the right part
Perform first article inspections
Comply with all workplace safety policies, procedures, and regulations (OSHA, local, and company-specific
QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent
3 years minimum years of related CNC operation experience
1 year minimum of CNC setup experience
Ability to read blueprints
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and up to 70 lbs. occasionally
