2nd shift: 3 p.m. – 11 p.m. (Monday–Friday), typically every third weekend on a 12‑hour shift rotation.

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on production equipment.
• Set up, adjust, and support production lines and equipment changeovers.
• Fabricate and repair parts using welders, mills, drill presses, grinders, and other tools.
• Diagnose issues quickly and safely and fix them on the first try.
• Support building maintenance (doors, docks, lighting, and more).
• Maintain organized work spaces, accurate parts inventory, and equipment centerlines.
• Assist and train teammates and operators as needed.
• Follow all GMP and safety standards, including lockout/tagout procedures.

• Open to different experience levels; skill, curiosity, and a strong work ethic are most important.
• Preferred:
  Technical certificate, Associate’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical, or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Experience troubleshooting industrial equipment.
• Comfort reading schematics, manuals, and technical documentation.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn; the right candidate will be trained.

• Active, hands‑on role (lifting up to 50 lb occasionally).
• Work around moving machinery, electrical systems, and industrial tools.
