Job Title: Additive Manufacturing (AM) Technician

Pay Range: $21.00–$29.00/hour •
Shift: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday •
Type: Onsite

The Additive Manufacturing Technician supports daily production across multiple 3D printing technologies. This hands-on role prepares machines for production, performs post-processing and inspections, and helps maintain consistent throughput and quality. This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level or early-career candidates to build practical experience in a growing additive manufacturing environment.

• Operate additive manufacturing equipment (SLA/DLP, SLS/MJF, FDM)
• Prepare machines for production, including startups, calibrations, and material changes
• Read and interpret prints, specifications, and 3D files
• Conduct visual inspections to ensure parts meet specifications
• Track production activity using ERP system
• Perform post-processing and finishing of printed parts and support routine machine cleaning and preventative maintenance
• Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and production teams to meet schedules

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; degree in Engineering, Model Making, or related field preferred
• 1+ year additive manufacturing experience preferred; ENTRY-LEVEL CANDIDATES WELCOME
• Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, basic print reading, familiarity with 3D printing processes and tools
