The Shipping Associate will help bring our customers’ labels and packaging to life, enabling them to stand out over the competition, and create a customer experience that is second to none. Imagine walking through stores and seeing our labels on your favorite products and brands!

Shift Available: Monday-Friday; 7am-3pm

Key Responsibilities for Shipping Associate Include:

• Inspecting and packing finished products in accordance with customer specifications.
• Studying shipping notices, packing slips, bills of lading, orders, and other records to determine shipping requirements.
• Assisting with loading and unloading trucks using a forklift or pallet jack, and weighing and wrapping skids.
• Performing various receiving functions, such as depalletizing and putting away products in the correct location.
• Assisting with booking carriers or small parcel packages when necessary.
• Working closely with teams/departments to create an environment that supports workflow and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate:

• Effective time management, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills
• Solid computer skills, including the ability to learn new computer systems, such as UPS software
• Good math, reading, and writing skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with a diverse group of people and personalities
• Ability to provide a high level of customer service, responding promptly and thoroughly to the inquiries of internal customers

Education, Skills, and

Experience:

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent
• Required: Can perform heavy work, lifting up to 60 pounds, with frequent lifting/carrying of objects weighing up to 25 pounds
• Required: Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions in the English language
• Required: Experience with shipping and receiving operations, utilizing warehouse equipment such as forklift and electric pallet jack
• Preferred: Experience with UPS and/or Fed Ex software
• A Plus: Experience working lean manufacturing and ISO quality systems
