Full‑Time Assistant Team Leader – Paintline (1st Shift)

KI, a world‑class supplier of innovative and award‑winning furniture solutions, is seeking a full‑time Assistant Team Leader to join our Green Bay manufacturing facility on our 1st shift on our paintline. A $1.00/hour raise is also given within the first year of employment.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Job Experience

• Hang hooks & parts on the Paint line following the identified priorities
• Manually apply powder paint to production parts
• Tape parts coming down from the line to protect them from scratches
• Inspect & pack parts off of the line (assemble as necessary)
• Record bad parts to keep accurate records
• Maintain proper pH levels and mil thicknesses
• Monitor paint shelf life and re‑certify as necessary PM entire Paintline

• Working in areas where it can get warm
• Working in a smoke free environment
• Activities including standing, walking, lifting, twisting and bending
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to assist in any given area of the plant if your area is slow

• This is a 1st Shift Position
• Hours are 6am-2pm Monday – Friday
