Assembly Technician – Green Bay, 1st Shift

Full‑time position at KI’s Green Bay manufacturing facility. A $1.00‑hour raise is given within the first year of employment.

• Successfully hand weld products based on production schedule needs.
• Maintain high levels of quality and ensure products are welded properly.
• Operate all fabrication equipment in the cell, including robotic welders, hydraulic banks, and drill presses.
• Operate, edit, and program tube or wire bending equipment in the cell.
• Follow production schedules, determine what should run, and huddle with the team.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities (Kaizen events, layout planning, Value Stream Mapping).

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred).

• Mechanically inclined with previous manufacturing experience (not required).
• Team player.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Willingness to learn.
• Ability to train on any shift.
• Positive attitude.

• Working in areas where it can get warm.
• Working in a smoke‑free environment.
• Activities include standing, walking, lifting, twisting, and bending.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to assist in any given area of the plant if your area is slow.
