Distribution Associate- 2nd Shift

We are looking for a hardworking, driven team member to join our Production Team. You will be cross‑trained across departments and may be assigned to a permanent department based on your skills and the needs of the Operations team.

• Operate machines or tools in the area, including drill presses, miter saws, and table saws.
• Read and execute sales orders to prepare raw material by cutting to specified width and length.
• Adhere to company standards and timelines per work orders.
• Collaborate with the team on performance metrics for safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Regularly lift and maneuver materials weighing up to 50 lbs as part of daily operations, demonstrating strength and endurance in a fast‑paced environment.

Shift: Monday – Thursday 4 pm – 4 am

• Ability to read and understand work orders.
• Understanding of technical drawings and schematics is a plus.
• Proficiency in standard hand tools is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
• High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean workspace.
