We’re looking for an energetic, dependable Baking Team Member to help create the cakes our guests love!

Monday–Thursday

8:00 a.m. – approximately 1:00 p.m (end time may vary depending on production needs)

The Baking Team Member is responsible for assisting in all stages of the cake baking process. This is a rotating position in which team members are cross‑trained and regularly rotate between mixing, baking, cake handling, and cleaning responsibilities to ensure an efficient production flow and maintain high‑quality standards.

• Prepare and bake cakes according to NbC recipes, policies and procedures.
• Uphold NbC's image and brand.
• Remove cakes from pans and package properly.
• Rotate between baking, assisting, and pan washing duties throughout each shift.
• Keep workstations, equipment, and baking areas clean and organized.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Work cooperatively with other team members to meet daily production goals.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced production environment.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and commitment to producing high‑quality products.
• Previous bakery or food service experience is helpful but not required; training will be provided.
