Peps Pizza Co is hiring 1st and 2nd shift full time production workers.

Starting Pay:

Pep's offers tremendous advancement opportunities, earn up to $25.50 with training and promotions!

1st Shift: $18.00

2nd Shift: $19.50

• Unpack and stage crusts
• Feed crusts onto line
• Cut and shred cheese
• Fill pepperoni, veggie and sausage machine
• Inspect pizzas for labels, and defects
• Perform checks on end weights of pizzas

• some production, packaging or assembly experience is helpful but training is provided
• High school diploma or GED a plus
• Ability to read labels, recipes, scales and food safety procedures, etc.
• Detail orientated

• Fast paced manual labor
• Standing and walking, 8-10 hours a day
• Lifting: varies by position
• Excellent hand-eye coordination
• Constant bending, twisting, reaching, repetitive wrist and hand motion
• Frequent overhead lifting, reaching, and stacking
• Temperatures:
  Frozen line with cooler temperatures

Employees must meet or exceed production goals for yields, waste, and time usage.

Employees must comply with Food Safety and Good Manufacturing Practices.

Dress code: GMP's required in the plant. Hairnets, beard nets, and uniforms are worn. No watches, jewelry, piercings, false fingernails or nail polish permitted. No dresses, skirts, shorts, capris, or pants with holes.

Attendance:
Excellent attendance is a job requirement.

Employees must comply with company safe practices.

Employees will be expected to work to achieve company goals and to comply fully with all policies and procedures.

Language skills:
Requires the ability to understand and follow instructions and to communicate effectively one‑on‑one and in small groups.
