Welder Fabricator

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Welder Fabricator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine fabrication requirements
  • Operate welding equipment and tools to join metal components according to safety and quality standards
  • Fabricate, assemble, and install metal structures, frames, and components with accuracy and efficiency
  • Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
  • Maintain and troubleshoot welding and fabrication equipment to ensure optimal performance
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines and specifications
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a welder and fabricator in a manufacturing or construction environment
  • Proficiency in various welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welding
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
  • Strong understanding of metal properties and fabrication processes
  • Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Knowledge of safety standards and proper use of personal protective equipment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications or welding licenses are preferred
